He has acquired certification in the area of Emotional intelligence from Thomas profiling, training needs assessment and evaluation, performance management, Psychotherapy and counseling, Personal profiling Analysis from Thomas profiling, Certification on Coaching from Results Coaching Systems, Leadership Assessment and Coaching from Harrison’s Assessments Ltd.,

He has worked as HR professional in different capacities from four different Central Public sector Undertaking such as National Hydro Electric Power Corporation Ltd.(NHPC LTD), Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), Power Finance Corporation Ltd., Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML). During his tenure he has received various rewards and recognition from various national and international agencies. He has been regular speaker in national conference and seminars and invited by premier management Institutes in India. He has written article and research papers in national journals. He is regular resource person  in the area of emotional intelligence, Performance Management, Training and Development, Communication skills enhancement, Train the Trainer, etc.,

Dr. G Jawahar has maintained excellent track record as he has  done his PhD from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.  Prior to that he has completed  his BL Degree in Law from Government Law college, Trichy Tamil Nadu. In 1988, He has completed his MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University Madurai preceded by BBA from Thiagarajar College Madurai besides PGT&D from ISTD, New Delhi.  He has acquired many certification in the area of assessment, coaching and mentoring.
